Advance NX170 Gearbox & R410 Reducer is 2600r/min, and the maximum input torque is 960N·m.
Advance NX170 Gearbox & R410 Reducer are mainly used for the front axle power transmission of six-row cotton harvesters. The NX170 power shift gearbox adopts parallel shaft (moving shaft) transmission structure. All transmission gears are supported by rolling bearings. The gears are in constant mesh transmission. A proportional valve is used to control the multi-plate friction clutch, which can operate under load. (without cutting off power) engages and disengages to realize the power shifting function. The R410 wheel reducer adopts parallel shaft transmission and cylindrical helical gear structure, which greatly reduces gearbox noise while meeting structural needs and ensuring strength.
Advance NX170 Gearbox & R410 Reducer has three gears: high, medium and low and a steering clutch braking function, and is suitable for use on semi-feeding combine harvesters/

The gearbox and engine shafting are not allowed to use rigid connection, and the bracket is recommended to be installed on the same rigid support.If the engine is mounted on the elastic support, and the gearbox is installed on the rigid support, please contact the technical department of the company to select the suitable high elastic coupling.
